Once we have determined that the reason for the return is appropriate in our exclusive opinion, and the Product has been received by SRMBIO E-Platforms, the refund will be handled using the payment method used to place the order. Orders paid with a credit or debit card will be credited back to the card within 15 working days. However, we will not be held liable for any refund delays caused by bank processes. For all other payment methods, a refund will be issued within 7 working days via check payable to the individual listed on our invoice and as specified at the time of order.
Standard Delivery Policy
SRMBIO E-Platforms are limited to delivery within the UAE.
After we accept your order, we aim to deliver your Products within three working days, or at the specified date in the order confirmation. Company will not be responsible for any delay in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as product un availability, transport delays, natural disaster or any other reason beyond our control.
Company is responsible for any loss, breakage and damage after delivery. Up on receiving the Products, you will be asked to sign for acceptance of the products, confirming their accuracy and condition.
While you are not present at the delivery address, we will assume that any adults present are authorized to take delivery of the Products you have ordered in your name. Otherwise, different delivery time will arrange if there is no one to receive the order.
All the orders will be shipped with an invoice containing the price.
Free shipping applies for all orders above 100 AED. AED 10 is charged for orders below 100 AED. These fees are subject to change without notice, and the Company encourages you to check SRMBIO E-Platforms on a regular basis for any changes to these Terms and such fees. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order. Any deliveries made within a specified time or date may incur additional charges determined by SRMBIO E-platforms, which will be specified on the order value before placing an order.
